(وإن قال) مستحِقُّ القود (لمن) له (عليه قود: عفوتُ عن جنايتك، أو) : عفوت (عنك؛ برئ من الدية، كالقود، نصًّا (١) ) لأن عفوه عن ذلك يتناولهما.
