(فإن بَلَغها) بأن مضت المُدَّة (ولم يَعُد) ما ذهب؛ وجبت الدية؛ لليأس (أو مات) المجنيُّ عليه (قبل مُضِيّها؛ وجبت الدية) لما ذهب؛ لليأس من عوده.
