(وفي كُلِّ أنملة ثلث العشر) لأن دية الإصبع تُقسم على أنامله كما قُسِمت ديةُ اليد على أصابعها بالسوية (فإن كانت) الأنملة (من إبهامٍ فنصفُ العُشر) لأنهما مَفْصِلان.
