(ويُعتبر حضور المُدَّعَى عليه وقت اليمين، كالبينة) أي: كما يُعتبر حضور المُدَّعى عليه وقت إقامة البينة (عليه، و) يُعتبر (حضور المُدَّعِي - أيضًا -) وقت اليمين، كالمُدَّعَى عليه.
