(وإن بذله) -أي: الطعامَ- ربُّه (له) أي: للمضطر (بثمنِ مِثْلِهِ، وقَدَرَ) المضطر (على الثمن، لم يحل له أكلُ الميتة) لاستغنائه عنها بالمباح
