(فلو جهلت العتق، أو) جهلت (وجوب الستر، أو) جهلت (القدرة عليه (١) ، أعادت) الصلاة لتقصيرها (كخيار معتقة تحت عبد) إذا أمكنته من نفسها جاهلة العتق، أو ملك الفسخ، فإنه يسقط خيارها، ولا تعذر بالجهل، لتقصيرها في عدم التعلم.
