كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(عليه) أي: على القاضي (بأن يقول) الخصمُ: (حكمتَ عليَّ بغير الحقِّ، أو ارتشيتَ، فله تأديبُه) لأنه يشقّ عليه رفعه إلى غيره، فجاز له تأديبه بنفسه مع أنه حق له (وله) أي: القاضي (أن يعفوَ) عمَّن افتات عليه؛ لأنه حقٌّ له.
