(ويجوز) للقاضي (أن يستخلف والده وولده، كحكمه لغيره بشهادتهما) قال أبو الوفاء: إذا لم يتعلَّق عليهما من ذلك تُهمة، ولم يوجب لهما بقبول شهادتهما ريبة، ولم يثبت بطريق التزكية.
