(وإن قال) الخصمُ: (ما أنا المذكور في الكتاب، قبِل قوله بيمينه) لأنه مُنكِر (ما لم تَقُمْ) عليه (بينة) أنه المذكور في الكتاب، فيقضى بها؛ لِرُجحانها على قوله
