(وكلُّ مَن قلنا) : المُدَّعَى به (له، فهو مع يمينه) لاحتمال صِدْق غريمه (إذا لم تكن) له (بينةٌ) فإن كانت له بينةٌ، فلا يمينَ عليه، وتُسمع؛ لانتفاء التُّهمة
