كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(فلا تُقبل شهادةُ فاسقٍ من جهةِ الأفعال) كالزاني، واللائط، والقاتل ونحوه (أو) من جهة (الاعتقاد) وهم أهل البِدع (ولو تديَّن به) أي: اعتقد أنه دِيْن حق، فتُردُّ شهادته؛ لعموم النصوص.
