(وتُقبل) شهادةُ أحدِ الزوجين (عليه) أي: على صاحبه، كما تقدَّم في عمودي النسب (في غير الزنى) فلا تُقبل شهادته عليها بالزنى؛ لأنه يقرّ على نفسه بعداوته لها، لإفسادها فراشه.
