(و) التغليظ في (الزمان: أن يحلف بعد العصر) لقوله تعالى: {تحبسونهما من بعد الصلاة}، قيل: المراد صلاة العصر؛ لأنه وقت تُعظِّمه أهل الأديان، كما تقدَّم . (أو بين الأذان والإقامة) لأنه وقت يُرجى فيه إجابة الدُّعاء، فتُرجى فيه معاجلة الكاذب.
