(والوثنى والصابئ ومَنْ يعبد غير الله يَحلفُ بالله وحده) لأنه لا يجوز الحلف بغير الله؛ لما تقدم، ولأنه إن لم يعتقد هذه يمينًا؛ ازداد إثمًا، وربما عُجِّلت عقوبته، فيتيقظ بذلك، ويرتدع به غيره. زاد بعضهم: وبهيئةٍ، كتحليفة قائمًا، مستقبل القبلة.
