(وَلَا يَمْنَعُهَا) الزَّوْجُ (مِنْ حَجِّ فَرْضٍ كَمُلَتْ شُرُوطُهُ) كَبَقِيَّةِ الْوَاجِبَاتِ

وَيُسْتَحَبُّ لَهُمَا اسْتِئْذَانُهُ وَإِنْ كَانَ غَائِبًا كَتَبَتْ إلَيْهِ فَإِنْ أَذِنَ وَإِلَّا حَجَّتْ بِمَحْرَمٍ
معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar
(ولا يمنعها) يعني: أنه لا يجوز للزوج أن يمنع زوجته (عن حج فرض كملت شروطه) ، كبقية الواجبات.
