(وَحَرُمَ) إحْرَامٌ بِعُمْرَةٍ (مِنْ الْحَرَمِ) لِتَرْكِهِ مِيقَاتَهُ (وَيَنْعَقِدُ) إحْرَامُهُ (وَعَلَيْهِ دَمٌ) كَمَنْ تَجَاوَزَ مِيقَاتَهُ بِلَا إحْرَامٍ ثُمَّ أَحْرَمَ
