شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَإِنْ قَتَلَهُ) أَيْ قَتَلَ الْمُسْلِمُ الْكَافِرَ (أَوْ أَثْخَنَهُ) بِالْجِرَاحِ (فَلَهُ) أَيْ الْمُسْلِمِ (سَلَبُهُ) بِفَتْحِ السِّينِ وَاللَّامِ وَيَأْتِي
