شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَلَا خِيَارَ فِيهَا) أَيْ الْإِقَالَةِ لَا لِمَجْلِسٍ أَوْ غَيْرِهِ ; لِأَنَّهَا فَسْخٌ (وَلَا شُفْعَةَ) فِيهَا نَصًّا كَالرَّدِّ بِالْعَيْبِ
