(وَكَذَا نِكَاحُ فَسْخٍ) وَقَدْ أُحِيلَتْ الزَّوْجَةُ بِالْمَهْرِ. (وَ) كَذَا (نَحْوُهُ) كَإِجَارَةٍ فُسِخَتْ وَقَدْ أُحِيلَ مُؤَجِّرٌ أَوْ أَحَالَ بِأُجْرَةٍ
