(وَيَحْرُمُ ذَلِكَ) أَيْ إخْرَاجُ دُكَّانٍ وَدَكَّةٍ وَجَنَاحٍ وَسَابَاطٍ وَمِيزَابٍ (فِي مِلْكِ غَيْرِهِ أَوْ هَوَائِهِ) أَيْ الْغَيْرِ (أَوْ) فِي (دَرْبٍ غَيْرِ نَافِذٍ) أَ
