(وَ) تَبْطُلُ وَكَالَةٌ (بِتَدْبِيرِهِ) أَيْ السَّيِّدِ (أَوْ كِتَابَتِهِ قِنًّا وُكِّلَ فِي عِتْقِهِ) لِدَلَالَتِهِ عَلَى رُجُوعِ الْمُوَكِّلِ عَنْ الْوَكَالَةِ فِي الْعِتْقِ، وَ
