(وَيَصِحُّ شَرْطُهُ) أَيْ: الْجِذَاذُ (عَلَى عَامِلٍ) نَصًّا لِأَنَّهُ لَا يُخِلُّ بِمَقْصُودِ الْعَقْدِ فَصَحَّ كَتَأْجِيلِ ثَمَنٍ فِي بَيْعٍ وَمَنْ بَلَغَتْ حِصَّتُهُ مِنْهُمَا نَصًّا بِأَزْكَاهَا و
