شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَ) إنْ أَقَرَّ (ابْنُ ابْنٍ) لِلْمَيِّتِ (بِابْنٍ) لَهُ (فَ) لَهُ (كُلُّ مَا فِي يَدِهِ) أَيْ: الْمُقِرِّ، ; لِأَنَّهُ أَقَرَّ بِانْحِجَابِهِ عَنْ الْإِرْثِ
