(وَيَصِحُّ) قَوْلُ مَالِكِ رَقِيقٍ لَهُ (أَنْتَ حُرٌّ بَعْدَ مَوْتِي بِشَهْرٍ) كَمَا لَوْ وَصَّى بِإِعْتَاقِهِ، أَوْ بِأَنْ تُبَاعَ سِلْعَتُهُ وَيُتَصَدَّقُ بِثَمَنِهَا
