(وَمَنْ زَالَتْ بَكَارَتُهَا بِغَيْرِ وَطْءٍ) كَإِصْبَعٍ أَوْ وَثْبَةٍ (فَكَبِكْرٍ) فِي الْإِذْنِ فَإِذْنُهَا صُمَاتُهَا. لِأَنَّ حَيَاءَهَا لَا يَزُولُ بِذَلِكَ

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(ومن زالت بكارتها بغير وطء) ؛ كبإصبع أو وثبة (فكبكر) في الإذن يعني: أنه يكون إذنها صماتها؛ لأن العلة في الاكتفاء بصمات البكر الحياء ولا يزول بما ذكر.
