(واكثره خمسة عشر يوماً) .

قال الخلال: مذهب أبي عبد الله رحمه الله تعالى أن أكثر الحيض: خمسة عشر يوماً لا اختلاف فيه عنده. ولعله الذي استقر عليه مذهبه. فانه قد روي عنه انه: سبعة عشر يوماً.

والأول موافق لقول علي رضي الله تعالى عنه:" ما زاد على خمسة عشر استحاضة " ، و" أقل الحيض يوم وليلة " .
