(وَتُسَنُّ إجَابَتُهَا) أَيْ: الزَّوْجَةِ إذَا سَأَلَتْهُ الْخُلْعَ عَلَى عِوَضٍ (حَيْثُ أُبِيحَ) الْخُلْعُ لِأَمْرِهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِثَابِتِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ بِقَوْلِهِ " اقْبَلْ الْحَدِيقَةَ، وَطَلِّقْهَا تَطْلِيقَةً "
