(لَا) يُقْبَلُ قَوْلُهَا عَلَى زَوْجٍ (فِي وِلَادَةٍ) عَلَّقَ طَلَاقَهَا عَلَيْهَا وَأَنْكَرَهَا ; لِأَنَّهُ قَدْ يُعْرَفُ مِنْ غَيْرِهَا (إنْ لَمْ يُقِرَّ بِالْحَمْلِ) فَإِنْ أَقَرَّ بِهِ رُجِّحَ قَوْلُهَا

(لا) يقبل قولها عليه (في ولادةٍ) علق طلاقها عليها، لأن ذلك قد يعرف من غير جهتها.
