(وَحُبِسَتْ لِقَوَدٍ) كَمَا تَقَدَّمَ (وَلَوْ مَعَ غَيْبَةِ وَلِيِّ مَقْتُولٍ) لِجَوَازِ أَنْ تَهْرَبَ فَلَا يُمْكِنُ أَنْ يُسْتَوْفَى مِنْهَا
