(فَلَوْ أَدَّى شَاهِدٌ وَأَبَى الْآخَرُ) الشَّهَادَةَ (وَقَالَ) لِلْمَشْهُودِ لَهُ: (احْلِفْ بِهِ لِي أَثِمَ) اتِّفَاقًا قَالَهُ فِي التَّرْغِيبِ، وَيَخْتَصُّ الْأَدَاءُ بِمَجْلِسِ الْحُكْمِ
