(وَلَا يَتَوَرَّكُ) إذَا جَلَسَ لِلتَّشَهُّدِ بَعْدَ السُّجُودِ (فِي) صَلَاةٍ (ثُنَائِيَّةٍ) بَلْ يَجْلِسُ مُفْتَرِشًا، كَتَشَهُّدِ نَفْسِ الصَّلَاةِ،

فَإِنْ كَانَتْ ثُلَاثِيَّةً، أَوْ رُبَاعِيَّةً تَوَرَّكَ لِمَا ذُكِرَ
معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar
(ولا يتورك في ثُنائيَّة) بل يجلس مفترشاً على الصحيح من المذهب.
وقيل: يتورك.
