(وإن سقط بعضهم ببعض عملت به) فعمة وبنت أخ، المال للعمة لأنها تدلي بالأب وبنت الأخ تدلي بالأخ، ويسقط بعيد من وارث بأقرب منه إلا إن اختلفت الجهة، فينزل بعيد حتى يلحق بوارث سقط به أقرب أولاد.
