الروض المربعal-Buhuti

(و) إن قال لزوجته (أنت طالق إن شاء الله أو قال عبدي حر إن شاء الله) أو إلا أن يشاء الله، أو ما لم يشأ الله ونحوه (وقعا) أي: الطلاق والعتق؛ لأنه تعليق على ما لا سبيل إلى علمه، فيبطل كما لو علقه على شيء من المستحيلات.
