«وفي ست وأربعين حقة» الحقة هي: الأنثى من الإبل التي تم لها ثلاث سنوات، وسميت حقة؛ لأنها تتحمل الجمل، ولهذا جاء في حديث أبي بكر رضي الله عنه«حقة طروقة الجمل» أي: تتحمل أن يطرقها الجمل فتحمل.

والوقص بينن ست وثلاثين وست وأربعين:«تسع».
