الشرح الكبيرal-Dardir

(وَقُدِّرَ طَلَاقٌ) أَيْ وُقُوعُ طَلَاقٍ (بَيْنَهُمَا) أَيْ بَيْنَ الْعَقْدَيْنِ لِلْجَمْعِ بَيْنَ الْبَيِّنَتَيْنِ وَلَا فَرْقَ بَيْنَ أَنْ يُنْكِرَ الرَّجُلُ النِّكَاحَ رَأْسًا أَوْ يُنْكِرَ الثَّانِي وَهَذَا ظَاهِرٌ إنْ أَقَرَّتْ بِالطَّلَاقِ
