(قَوْلُهُ: أَنَّهُ) أَيْ خَبَرَ أُمِرْت إلَخْ.

(قَوْلُهُ: أَخْذًا مِنْ قَوْلِ الْمُصَنِّفِ إلَخْ) قَدْ يُقَالُ: إنَّ آخِرَ هَذَا الْقَوْلِ أَيْ: قَوْلِهِ: كَمَا قَالَهُ إلَخْ يُفِيدُ أَنَّ ذَلِكَ اللَّفْظَ بِخُصُوصِهِ مَنْسُوبٌ إلَيْهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -.

(قَوْلُهُ: وَيَلْزَمُ الْمَحْكُومَ عَلَيْهَا إلَخْ) أَيْ: وَلَمْ يَحِلَّ لِلْمَحْكُومِ لَهُ الِاسْتِمْتَاعُ بِهَا. اهـ. مُغْنِي.

(قَوْلُهُ: جَازَ ذَلِكَ) أَيْ: التَّزْوِيجُ الْمَذْكُورُ
