"وإن علق" الناذر "النذر بشرط" كقوله إن قدم زيد فلله علي أن أتصدق بكذا "لا يجزئه عنه ما فعله قبل وجود شرطه" لأن المعلق بالشرط عدم قبول وجوده وإنما يجوز الأداء بعد وجود السبب الذي علق النذر به. والله المنان بفضله. [
