"ونافجة المسك طاهرة" مطلقا ولو كانت تفسد بإسالة الماء كما تقدم في الدباغة الحكمية "كالمسك" للاتفاق على طهارته "وأكله" أي المسك "حلال" ونص على حل أكله لأنه لا يلزم من طهارة الشيء حل أكله كالتراب طاهر لا يحل أكله
