(قَوْلُهُ وَأُجْرَةُ وَازِنِ الثَّمَنِ عَلَى الْمُشْتَرِي) لِأَنَّ عَلَى الْمُشْتَرِي تَعْيِينُ الثَّمَنِ لَهُ وَتَوْفِيَتُهُ لِلْبَائِعِ وَذَلِكَ لَا يَحْصُلُ إلَّا بِالْوَزْنِ فَكَانَ عَمَلُهُ لَهُ فَالْأُجْرَةُ عَلَيْهِ.
