الجوهرة النيرةal-Haddadi

قَوْلُهُ: (وَيَقُولُ قَامَ عَلَيَّ بِكَذَا وَلَا يَقُولُ اشْتَرَيْته بِكَذَا) لِئَلَّا يَكُونَ كَاذِبًا وَلَوْ اشْتَرَى سِلْعَةً بِدَرَاهِمَ جِيَادٍ فَرَضِيَ الْبَائِعُ بِأَخْذِ الزُّيُوفِ عَنْهَا جَازَ لَهُ أَنْ يَبِيعَهَا مُرَابَحَةً عَلَى الْجِيَادِ.
