قَوْلُهُ: (وَلَا يَصِحُّ السَّلَمُ إلَّا بِسَبْعِ شَرَائِطَ تُذْكَرُ فِي الْعَقْدِ جِنْسٌ مَعْلُومٌ) مِثْلُ حِنْطَةٍ، أَوْ شَعِيرٍ، أَوْ ذُرَةٍ، أَوْ تَمْرٍ.
