اللباب في شرح الكتابal-Maydani

(فما أصاب الأصل سقط من الدين) بقدره؛ لأنه يقابله الأصل مقصوداً (وما أصاب النماء افتكه الراهن به) : أي بما أصابه، كما لو كان الدين عشرة، وقيمة الأصل يوم القبض عشرة، وقيمة النماء يوم الفك خمسة، فثلثا العشرة حصة الأصل فيسقط، وثلث العشرة حصة النماء فيفك به.
