(بعد الطلاق فلها النفقة) لأن الفرقة تثبت بالطلاق، ولا عمل فيها للردة والتمكين، إلا أن المرتدة تحبس حتى تتوب، ولا نفقة للمحبوسة، والممكنة لا تحبس؛ فلها النفقة كما في الدرر.
