الجوهرة النيرةal-Haddadi

قَوْلُهُ: (وَلَا يَهَبُ وَلَا يَتَصَدَّقُ إلَّا بِالشَّيْءِ الْيَسِيرِ) يَعْنِي كَالرَّغِيفِ وَنَحْوِهِ، وَالْبَصَلِ، وَالْمِلْحِ وَنَحْوِ ذَلِكَ وَإِنَّمَا لَمْ تَجُزْ هِبَتُهُ لِأَنَّهُ مَمْنُوعٌ مِنْ التَّبَرُّعِ فَإِنْ وَهَبَ عَلَى عِوَضٍ لَمْ يَصِحَّ أَيْضًا لِأَنَّهُ تَبَرُّعٌ ابْتِدَاءً.
