(والحشرات) وهي صغار دواب الأرض (كلها) : أي المائي والبري كالضفدع والسلحفاة والسرطان والفأر والوزغ والحيات لأنها من الخبائث، ولهذا لا يجب على المحرم بقتلها شيء.
