الجوهرة النيرةal-Haddadi

(قَوْلُهُ وَلَا شَهَادَةُ الْوَالِدِ لِوَلَدِهِ وَوَلَدِ وَلَدِهِ) لِأَنَّ مَالَ الِابْنِ مَنْسُوبٌ إلَى الْأَبِ قَالَ - عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ -: «أَنْتَ وَمَالُك لِأَبِيك» فَإِذَا كَانَ كَذَلِكَ كَانَ شَهَادَتُهُ لِنَفْسِهِ فَلَا تُقْبَلُ وَوَلَدُ الْوَلَدِ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْوَلَدِ وَتَجُوزُ شَهَادَتُهُ عَلَيْهِ لِانْتِفَاءِ التُّهْمَةِ.
