(قَوْلُهُ وَإِذَا وَافَقَتْ الشَّهَادَةُ الدَّعْوَى قُبِلَتْ وَإِنْ خَالَفَتْهَا لَمْ تُقْبَلْ) كَمَا إذَا ادَّعَى أَلْفَ دِرْهَمٍ وَشَهِدَ بِمِائَةِ دِينَارٍ أَوْ بِكُرِّ حِنْطَةٍ لِأَنَّ مِنْ حُكْمِ الشَّهَادَةِ أَنْ تُطَابِقَ الدَّعْوَى فِي الْمَعْنَى وَاللَّفْظِ.
