(قَوْلُهُ وَكَذَا الصَّبِيُّ) يَعْنِي إذَا اُسْتُشْهِدَ الصَّبِيُّ غُسِّلَ عِنْدَهُ أَيْضًا

وَكَذَا الْمَجْنُونُ لِأَنَّ «السَّيْفَ مَحَّاءٌ لِلذُّنُوبِ» وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِمَا ذُنُوبٌ فَكَانَ الْقَتْلُ فِيهِمَا كَالْمَوْتِ حَتْفَ أَنْفِهِمَا.
