الجوهرة النيرةal-Haddadi

(قَوْلُهُ وَلَيْسَ فِي إفْسَادِ صَوْمِ غَيْرِ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ كَفَّارَةٌ) لِأَنَّهُ فِي رَمَضَانَ أَبْلَغُ فِي الْجِنَايَةِ لِأَنَّهُ جِنَايَةٌ عَلَى الصَّوْمِ وَالشَّهْرِ وَفِي غَيْرِهِ جِنَايَةٌ عَلَى الصَّوْمِ لَا غَيْرُ.
