(وَعَلَى) حُرٍّ (شَرِيكِ قِنٍّ) فِي قَتْلِ قِنٍّ (نِصْفُ قِيمَةِ) الْقِنِّ (الْمَقْتُولِ) لِمُشَارَكَتِهِ فِي إتْلَافِهِ فَلَزِمَهُ بِقِسْطِهِ
